About

Finding the right therapist can be frustrating and overwhelming. It does not have to be. I believe that each person has the ability within themselves to achieve their goals, and the role of a therapist is to help navigate them through the obstacles in their paths to happiness. I use this person-centered lens to integrate interventions from multiple therapeutic approaches to best assist my clients during their journey. I am a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a South Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). As well as a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC).

I am trained in Mindfulness interventions, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems; in addition to, traditional therapeutic interventions. I work with individuals and couples varying across demographics of age, race, religion, gender, and sexual orientation.

My professional experience includes work with those struggling with anxiety and depression, mood disorders, dual diagnosis, etc. I, also, have a passion for working with survivors of trauma and I infuse trauma-informed interventions into my clinical practice. I am currently accepting new clients both for in person sessions and telehealth.
