Therapy, at its core, is a conversation between two people about mental health. You don't have to be going through a life-altering event to get something out of it. Anybody can benefit from having someone to talk things through with and offer an outside perspective. As a therapist, it’s my goal to work with you to create a judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I work with clients ranging in age from teenage years to adulthood. I’m passionate about working with athletes, First Responders, neurodivergent folks and those in the LGBTQ+ community. My therapeutic focus includes processing life-changing events and trauma, relational issues, anxiety, depression and identity development. I draw from several evidence-based interventions to provide a personalized counseling experience that will help clients meet their goals. You only have one life and you deserve to live it to its fullest potential. Why wait any longer to get support? I encourage you to reach out to schedule a brief consultation if you think I may be a good fit for you.
