Hi there and welcome! My name is Shanika Sanchez but please feel free to call me Shanika. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. I provide online clinical mental health therapy, career and life coach counseling, and Reiki Energy Healing to those seeking to improve their mental and emotional health and overall well-being. I utilize a variety of evidenced based and holistic modalities along with natural practices that aim to balance the body, mind, emotions, and spirit of an individual. I typically work with individuals on a 1:1 basis who are between the ages of 24 years old and up, as well as with working with couples, and families. I am most familiar with treating conditions such as ADHD, PTSD, C-PTSD, sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and individuals who have experienced living in foster care or kinship care systems. I like to create a very welcoming calm, warm, and serene environment during each of our therapy sessions. I want you to feel like you are speaking to someone whom you have known forever and with whom you can be your most authentic self with.
