About

I treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief, and codependency. I offer trauma-informed care and warm attunement. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused strategies, mind-body approaches, and attachment-based tools. When appropriate, I utilize psychoeducation, worksheets, and out-of-session activities to support clients in developing new coping strategies. I work with ages 18 to 65 and am passionate about addressing life transitions, self-esteem challenges, stress, family-of-origin difficulties, relationship issues, divorce, infidelity, women’s issues, and identity conflicts.

While actively participating in therapy, I cultivate a gentle, interactive, and validating environment. I integrate neuroscience, the polyvagal theory, and a trusting therapeutic relationship to help navigate fear, shame, stuck points, and a chronic state of fight or flight. I guide my clients in deepening their self-awareness and shifting inner narratives.

There is no failure. You either win or you learn. I am looking forward to working with you.
