I really enjoy helping individuals who are at varying stages in their life. This allows me to be creative in the orientation, approach and interventions. My area of expertise is dual-diagnosis or co-occurring disorders. This is very common among people seeking help and allows for many avenues and paths toward a positive change. I believe the first step in helping is listening. I work to establish a strong rapport and hear from the individual, couple, or family what their current strengths and challenges are to better understand the entire picture.
