About

I provide in-office and virtual therapy to individual adults. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based. I use therapy tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in my work with clients. I specialize in counseling adults facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, attachment disorders, ADHD, and life transitions. I work particularly well with young adults.

I am a graduate student in Capella University’s CMHC master’s program and pursuing an LPC credential. I am supervised at Cabot Psychological Services by Mary Wilkening, LICSW. In my previous career in business, I can relate to and assist those facing career challenges, life transitions, and seeking work-life balance.

Although I am not yet a licensed Art Therapist, I enjoy incorporating art therapy techniques into my practice for interested individuals. I believe in the power of authenticity & fostering genuine connections in therapy. I aim to work collaboratively with clients and professionals to honor the diverse factors influencing their authentic selves.
