About

As far as others know you are doing just fine, but inside you are bombarded by feelings of fear, shame, and sadness. Even though you are able to function enough to get by, you're exhausted by the endless thoughts about not getting it "right". You've built a wall to protect yourself from being hurt by others. You're stuck reliving past failures in parenting, work, and romantic relationships. When you think of reaching out for help you're scared that if you take down that wall you will come undone.

What you want is to believe that you matter, that it’s possible to feel grounded and find joy in life. You need to feel safe to be yourself, to believe you are a good parent, a good partner, and that it won’t always be this hard.

Visit my website for more information. My Sunday- Wednesday schedule offers weekend and early morning and afternoon appointments. You are worthy of doing this work and you don’t have to do it alone.
