About

Because I believe living inauthentically contributes to unhappiness, I encourage clients to turn a mirror toward themselves with compassion and curiosity. After time, my aim is for you to set the mirror down and live life with more value and ease. Together, we'll explore the roots of unhelpful patterns, whether that's one-on-one or alongside your partner. How will we do that? By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mind-body connection. I am trauma-informed, sex-positive, kink-friendly and affirming of all relationship structures. View 4 Photos

I specialize in sex therapy, trauma and anxiety. I also help with gender exploration, value identification, decision-making, and communication—informed by learnings from nonviolent communication, attachment theory, and The Gottman Institute.

In sessions, I could be best described as lighthearted, authentic and straightforward. Whether you’re beginning or returning to therapy, I’d be happy to receive your email to discuss what you’re looking for.
