It can be clouded by memories of traumatic experiences, depressive negative cognitions/thoughts, the loss of loved ones or unexpected life changes. It can also be clouded by uncontrolled worry about the future we imagine for ourselves. Here at Clear Vision Counseling, LLC. Our primary goal is to help our client’s build their vision, which requires healing parts of the past, while using wisdom to change behaviors and thoughts about the future.
