If you are a client who is struggling with your darkness and self awareness, boundaries, codependency, addiction, dual diagnosis mental health issues I am here to help you. I love helping clients come out of their depression, anxiety and more and seeing their potential and find their purpose in this world. Where their goals is to build their self esteem, decrease their anxiety, improve their overall functioning and become emotionally regulated. I have been in the field since 2012 and have a passion for seeing people grow daily and would love to help you be the best version of yourself. I love working with a variety of clients from dual diagnosis with substance abuse and mental health issues, to depression, anxiety, and family dynamics and more. My goal is to help everyone become better versions of themselves and build self awareness, boundaries, communication skills, and overall self worth all while tackling this journey with them. If you need someone to help guide you on this journey in life all while building your internal motivation, self empowerment I am your girl. I love seeing the growth in people, helping them see their own potential and realize that no matter what they had the answers and I was just the compass that guided them through this time in life.
