Additionally, DBT Counseling now offers RO DBT (Radically Open DBT) which has been proven effective in treating Chronic Depression, Resistant Anxiety Disorders and other challenges.

I am intensively training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). RO- DBT focuses on enhancing social signaling, promoting flexibility, and cultivating openness to new experiences, leading to greater emotional balance and connection.

I get it – life can throw some pretty heavy stuff our way, and it can be hard to navigate on your own. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, or maybe you're struggling to keep your anxiety in check no matter what you try.
