About

I’m passionate about finding a pathway for you to be the most authentic and empowered version of yourself. Together, we will explore tools and strategies to overcome roadblocks created by self-limiting beliefs, trauma, oppressive social structures and intergenerational patterns that prevent your full expression as a human being: at times, these roadblocks can even show-up as symptoms of anxiety or depression. Through this work, I will support you in having a more meaningful connection with yourself, with others, and with life as a whole.

In my approach, I enjoy balancing the following: structure and play, compassion and accountability, embodied and conceptual ways of working, I use models and theories such as IFS, ACT, CBT and Existential Humanistic Theory to inform my practice, while always prioritizing a flexible approach that honors your individuality.

My support is often sought by clients who identify as multicultural, LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, neurodivergent folx, and anyone who feels like an "outsider" or who doesn't fit neatly into any category. If you'd like to learn more about me, and my practice, please visit www.integrated-self-counseling.com.
