As a Certified Sex Therapist, I have a strong passion for things related to intimacy & sex, & those who have experienced trauma. Many who struggle with sexual issues have encountered things in life such as sexual, physical, or emotional abuse. Traumas such as these often lead to problems within the relationship, or sometimes even addiction; which can often times be sex or porn addiction. Working through the targeted trauma can be effective in dealing with relationship and addiction issues. As a clinician, I understand this is a difficult and emotional process, and I aim to have a professional and supportive rapport with each client. I bring sex therapy & trauma work together through EMDR to help those affected by sexual trauma through the healing process. I also work with couples who are struggling with sex & intimacy and help them see that when their sex life & intimacy is on the mend, it stops accounting for 90% of the issues within the relationship.
