About

One of my areas of focus is working with people of color, and those who are part of cultural and ethnic diasporas. This might include queer identity, uncertainty around career choices, and how to set boundaries with family and friends. I work with clients to discover healthier ways to be in relation to others and create a life that suites them and the people they care about. View 3 Photos

I offer a space for clients to explore subjects that have wrapped in secrecy. I ask meaningful questions so clients can explore the root of their beliefs and how to dispel them. I work collaboratively with clients to help them build a life that is true to themselves and their values, and working to build coping strategies internally.

I do not judge my clients, instead I remain curious and empathetic to their unique experiences and wants. I believe therapy is not one size fits all and work WITH clients to build a trusting therapeutic relationship, and ask clients for consent before delving into difficult topics.
