I tend to listen to your thoughts without judgment and combine technology, a listening ear, and occasionally humor to help you transform your life. This therapy is beneficial with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management and pain control. Behavior in children related to Autism, depression and ADHD can also be helped.

Biofeedback/neurofeedback are techniques of learning to calm yourself by using computer programs to train your brain. EMDR/brainspotting is a technique used to deal with trauma. Tention/trauma Release Exercises (TRE) are a way you can let go of deep internal tension formed during stressful events and stays with us causing a sense that things are not right.
