I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Kansas City who has 20+ years of experience as a pastoral therapist. At Soul Therapy we focus on catalyzing breakthrough of holistic hope, health, and healing for couples, individuals, and families by integrating the best of clinical counseling from the foundation of spiritual, pastoral care. Every person I meet is asking two basic questions; “Am I safe?” and “Do I matter.” My goal in therapy is to help you answer both questions in the affirmative by providing a safe place to process life’s hang-ups, by helping you get unstuck and experience life-change, and helping you discover your true identity and sense of purpose. Whether you are struggling in your relationships, are having difficulty navigating life’s transition, are oppressed by anxiety or depression, or battling suicidal ideation I believe there is hope, health and healing for you!
