The decision to engage in therapy can be life changing. It can also be scary and challenging as we are giving up the most vulnerable details of our lives in hopes of living a better one. That decision to engage is one of the most powerful aspects of therapy and a responsibility that I hold in the highest regard. I have been blessed to have a diverse experience in our field. I have experience working with families and children, victims of trauma and abuse, substance abuse and addiction. As a Combat Veteran, I understand the complexities of military trauma and reintegration and transitioning into family/civilian settings. I focus on the individual and/family as a whole and use a wide range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. My goal is to meet each client where they are at and to help build and maintain a sense of well being and inner peace.
