Hi! I’m Selina, and I’m excited to welcome you to the next chapter of your therapy journey. I work with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal concerns, sex and sexuality, self-esteem, and complex trauma. My passion lies in empowering you to find the strengths inside yourself—the things that got you to where you are today—so that you may reclaim ownership of your life and your story. My counseling style is warm, compassionate, creative, emotion-focused, culturally-responsive, and authentic. I see the therapy process as a journey that we embark on together, discovering what works best for you as we go. Some days that might mean exploring some challenging emotions, while other days we might discuss the science behind how your brain works. Whether this is your first time seeking counseling or you’ve been a client before, seeking help is a brave and vulnerable step towards healing. Please reach out if you’re interested in working together! I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
