About

For three decades I have been meeting with individuals and groups to generate the process of healing restorative change. Relationally dynamic, I learn of you, with you. This process is ever changing and yet maintains a reliable constancy. It's compelling to be part of a process in which people, even after great hurt and disappointment, can safely access their vulnerability and regain courage. In time this enables them to become intimate with themselves and those they love, and pursue their own dreams. I'm receptive to the diversity of our human experience, have expertise with LGBTQIA and invested in decolonizing therapy.

The creative process is an essential resource for me. My graduate program was an intermodal arts therapy program. My training was right brain dominant, which is embedded in my work. I am informed by, relational and modern psychoanalytic theory, Jungian psychology, and attachment based approaches. Exploration can occur in sandplay, art & meditation.

Group:I have an on -going relational process group that meets in person and has room for additional members. Open to all ages and self identified genders. Currently in need of male presenting/ male identified group members. Fee Structure for Indivdiual Therapy: I am sensitive to the inequities in our economic system and will adjust when appropriate.
