Life can be complicated, stressful and overwhelming. Over the past five years I have had the privilege of advancing the lives of my client's while working at a non-profit mental health care agency. My clients are often looking to facilitate life changes, whether that be changing their thought patterns, relationships, the way they view the world and most importantly the way they see themselves. My goal for every client is to help them improve their overall mental health and wellness, fostering positive change and support for their needs.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to understand an individual's core beliefs, thought patterns and behaviors currently impacting them. The goal of every session is to work to establish healthier thought patterns and the ability for change to be a possible solution to the stressors you may be experiencing.
