Sean is a Master’s Limited License Psychologist and outpatient therapist in Michigan who specializes in working with adults seeking help for mental health, trauma, and substance use issues, as well as those coping with chronic pain and chronic illness. Sean also specializes in working with children and adolescents (age 10+) with mental and behavioral health needs, as well as parents who have children with intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Sean uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET) to meet your needs. Sean will support you in your journey to better understand yourself and your experiences, so that you can reach your goals in therapy. Sean strives to meet you where you are and guide you along the path of recovery to where you want to be. Sean will provide you with the opportunity to explore different coping strategies to find out what works best for you.
