My idea client would be someone who is at point in their life where they want to make some changes, but may be unsure of the process, and needs some guidance. I work with pre-teens, teenagers, adults, couples, and groups. You, and your needs, are the of the utmost importance, in our work together. I have extensive training in Brainspotting, Anger Management, and Trauma care. I am very open and creative in my approach to working with clients, I don't have all the answers, but together we can explore the possibilities.
