About

A sense of well-being, that is the goal that I want to achieve in clients. Combining physical, mental, and emotional well-being becomes a balancing act in today's world. Physical needs; living in a safe environment, nourishment for the body, sensible physical activity, and medical conditions, must be addressed if the work needed to look inward is to be successful. Addressing issues surrounding these common needs create the atmosphere for personal growth. My desire is to work together to find out where it is that my client wants to go, and discovering how to get there.

I have lived in Atlanta permanently since 1985 and have been active in the LGBTQ+, as well as the 12-step recovery community. Depression/anxiety requires modalities not found in medication for honest well-being. I am competent in providing services for these populations in addition to many others.

As a provider in acute mental health, I am able to work with a variety of modalities. Coupled with many personal life experiences I am well prepared to provide services. Contact me to start.
