About

My primary clinical focus is working with clients experiencing trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), anxiety, and OCD, among a host of other issues. I have a special affinity with helping budding and established mental health professionals, but enjoy helping people from all backgrounds and walks of life. My primary goal in therapy is to extend a sense of unconditional positive regard to my clients - a space for them to safety explore and heal.

I believe that we can often get stuck in patterns of being that at some point in our lives were adaptive, but have become less adaptive or maladaptive in the places in life we find ourselves now. These patterns can limit our growth, health, perspectives, reactions, relationships, careers, and our ability to feel like we’re living meaningfully.

Reflecting on the origins of these problems in a safe, non-judgemental space can help us let go of these old patterns and move toward what is true for us. Pairing this environment with a strong skills-based approach and techniques (EMDR, ERP, Brainspotting, mindfulness practices), clients can begin to get a hold of a sense of safety and groundedness.
