If you are an adolescent, teen, or college aged student navigating the complexities of life, I can help. If you are having a difficult time communicating with your spouse or feeling hopeless in your current relationship, I can help. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, believing that "one size does not fit all." I am committed to providing an environment that provides an opportunity for mutual respect and trust to be established within our therapeutic relationship. I am able to meet in-person or via telehealth both providing a warm, comfortable, and safe environment to begin the journey to health and healing.
