I am in the counseling field because I want to see people function at their highest potential on their terms. I want to help individuals with symptoms that are impacting their daily lives. Whether that be depression, anxiety, trauma, or sexual/gender identity, I want to provide a comfortable, safe space to explore those feelings. I want my clients to feel comfortable and relaxed while in session. Humans often experience rough patches and need a helping hand. I am here to provide support and reassurance during those times. I have experience in both individual and group counseling. I have worked in crisis counseling, inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked extensively with the transgender community. I offer a holistic approach, because theoretically I believe in treating the mind, body, and spirit. I want to be there to support you on your journey to wellness. I am eager to help you. Life can be difficult at times and it is wonderful (and highly recommended!) to have a non-judgmental counselor to support you during those times. I want you to achieve happiness and that looks different for everyone. We will define what happiness means to you and work together to get you there. I look forward to meeting you.
