About

The world is a tough place right now. We're all living in a state of constant stress. When we think we have it all figured out, life throws us a curve ball, political ups & downs, the death of a loved one or taking care of an ill loved one. Imagine adding a layer of anxiety or depression. What about introversion? Just for fun, let's also add a layer for people that identify as LGBTQ+. Coming out as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, non binary, or gender fluid can be confusing for your straight, cis family and friends. Whether you identify with this because you experience this regularly or someone you love feels this way.

Therapy with me would be centered around identifying your specific needs. We would work on skills to build your confidence around expressing your thoughts and feelings so that you can develop stronger boundary setting with yourself and others. If you identify as LGBTQ, then we will also focus on the journey of coming out if that is part of your plan.

Once you have these skills in place, you’ll gain real life experience in lessening your stress and anxiety until it no longer controls your thoughts. I help individuals with anxiety and depression, introverts, and LGBTQ folks manage their stressors everyday. Check out my website for more detailed information. Virtual appts available to all TX Residents.
