Current openings specifically for: adult individuals, in person eco/land-based practice therapy w/ trauma healing. My work is rooted in a relational context with weavings from IFS, polyvagal, somatics, eco-somatics, animist psychology, intergenerational/ancestral healing, dreamwork navigation, & an ever-expanding decolonizing trauma-experienced lens. For those who grieve for the earth & want to deepen in relationship with the more-than-human world, so we may weave a way into healing. Together, we do the hard work in this modern age of braiding these worlds back together: earth health, mental health, & spiritual health. In the context of a therapeutic session this might include: psycho-ed + practices oriented toward our inextricably interdependent relationships w/ the more-than-human world, horticulture/tea therapy, ritual/ceremony, + nervous system attunement, resonance, & regulation with the earthbody by engaging nature as co-therapist into trauma healing work. As a human, I am committed to the on-going work of anti-racism in self, work, community, country and in the world. I live and practice on Unceded Abenaki lands (settler Vermont).
