Well-being is possible! I am passionate about helping clients get relief from anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I believe clients benefit most from therapy when the underlying causes of their symptoms are addressed. My approach goes beyond just talk therapy, and is experiential, somatic (body) and mindfulness based. You can expect to gain helpful skills and tools, as well as new perspectives for old problems. Clients find increased peace, empowerment and fulfillment in their lives. My style is genuine, collaborative, empathetic, non-judgmental and practical. Life changes, like divorce, job loss or death of a loved one, can rock our world and leave us reeling. These upheavals are also opportunities - to find ourselves, identify what matters most, discover unknown strengths and create our lives anew. I have extensive experience supporting people through this challenging process. I love my work and feel honored to support clients in their journey to a more fulfilling life. I believe my own life experiences, combined with my extensive training in counseling psychology and years of practice, have deepened my wisdom and compassion as a therapist. I provide a free 15-minute consultation to discuss how I may be of help.
