About

We can all benefit from an outside perspective. Saying our thoughts, fears, and anxieties out loud pushes them into the light and lets us examine them in a way we couldn’t before. We suddenly go from just experiencing these emotions, to understanding and navigating them.

Of course, this process can be messy. It’s easy to get stuck when the temptation to sit and ruminate is so strong. That’s when having someone with us, to challenge us and keep us exploring, is helpful.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space through compassion and empathy so that together we can navigate the difficult emotions and challenges we face on a daily basis. I believe you are the expert in your story and it would be my privilege to be a part of your journey towards healing and growth.
