Hello! Taking that first step to engage in therapy can be very overwhelming, scary, and push you out of your comfort zone. It is that first step that can also be the most important one you take to move towards meaningful life changes. I am a therapist who has experience working with clients of all ages (5 y/o-elderly) from all different backgrounds and various mental health concerns. Together we will work on personalized goals that we can achieve through therapy sessions to enhance your everyday life and work towards living your ideal and fulfilling life. My experience has been working with children with developmental disabilities, adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, SMI, PTSD, LGBTQIA+ community and more! I also have experience working with U.S. Army Veterans at the Veterans Affairs Hospital VHA system, addressing trauma and working with veterans who suffer from TBI. Treatment modalities used in sessions are CBT, motivational interviewing, ACT and behavior activation, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic therapy. All treatment and sessions are individualized and catered to client specific needs. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them set personal goals for their mental health and overall well-being.
