About

Life can be stressful. We are constantly bombarded with news, both good and bad: requests from family and friends, work deadlines, and living with the unknown. Taking time to talk through our worries, fears, and learn more about ourselves can be endlessly rewarding. How do we learn to have boundaries? How do we learn that self-compassion does not mean selfish? How do we learn to start recognizing patterns and making positive change in our lives? How do we build connection? Therapy can help us achieve these goals while processing our fears, traumas, and doubts, as well as cheering on our accomplishments, no matter their size.

With a psychodynamic approach, I start by using a Polyvagal lens in my practice. I combine Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic-based practices and supportive therapy to find the right fit. I am constantly pushing myself to learn new techniques, approaches and ideas to share with clients.

Finding the right fit in a therapist and being able to connect with them is one of the most important parts of therapy! Feel free to schedule a free consultation call with me so that we can talk and see if we can be a good match! Meeting a new therapist can be anxiety producing. I will always do my best to help you feel comfortable and connected!
