About

One thing I have learned throughout my life is the human experience is an array of experiences that leave a unique impact on each of us. While many of these experiences can lead us to joy, hope, strength, and resiliency, others can lead us to fear, anxiety, hopelessness, and isolation. Becoming lost in the latter can lead us to feel as though we are seeing life through a monochromatic lens. It is as though we have lost sight of the vibrancy that moves us forward.

I use tools such as Trust- Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more to help process the pain of their past, create hope in their tomorrow, and embrace the joy in their today.

You can always expect to find a space filled compassion, understanding, and empowerment as we work together to gain new insight into your own mental space. My hope is that you will leave therapy with a new perspective on your life to live vibrantly once again!
