I work with adults and teens looking to make changes in their lives. I believe in the resiliency of people, and it continues to be my pleasure to support individuals, couples, families and communities in enhancing their sense of personal power. I have extensive experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. My practice is open to people of all nationalities, genders, and orientations (sexual, religious, political) and I enjoy working with anyone who desires to change and grow. I have been especially effective in working with trauma survivors, in addition to clients coping with common psychological problems such as depression and anxiety. As a psychotherapist I have worked in clinics, police stations, schools and community-based settings in Boston, London and San Francisco. In addition to my private practice, I work with Foster Family Agencies providing support and supervision to youth aging out of foster care. I also serve as a consultant providing mental health services to orphanages in Haiti. I have a special interest in providing supportive clinical supervision to new clinicians.
