About

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the field. I have worked in private practice, hospice, integrated healthcare, and child and family settings. My specialities include working with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, coping skills, and aging. My approach incorporates strengths-based and trauma-informed modalities, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I help my clients navigate grief and trauma, create better interpersonal relationships, and cope with life stressors.

My style is supportive and calm with active and reflective listening. I like to provide feedback and insight to help my patients reach their personal goals for wellness and increase practical strategies to encourage them to develop plans and goals for better mental health.

The first session will be an opportunity to establish rapport, understand your reasons for coming to therapy, and explore your initial goals or expectations for therapy. We’ll also address confidentiality issues, the nature of telehealth services, and your current crisis status. If it sounds like we might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out today!
