I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing the impacts of past traumas, relationship concerns & feel like they’re “never enough” to develop a greater sense of connection towards yourself, become more attuned to your needs, and gain skills to regulate your nervous system. Typically, I find myself working with clients who may consider themselves perfectionistic, high-achieving, and/or people-pleasing. I also enjoy working with individuals who are looking to heal from the impacts of attachment wounds, as well as concerns related to anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-compassion & life transitions. In my work with clients, I utilize modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic and Feminist theory. I also integrate a somatic approach, which means that we will work towards tuning into the “wisdom” of your body and becoming (re)connected to yourself. In my work, I show up as warm, curious & authentic and prioritize meeting you where you're at in your journey. I would love to answer any questions you have about my approach to therapy (or therapy in general!). Please feel free to reach out so we can set up a free 15-minute phone consultation or book a session to see if it feels like a good fit!
