I believe therapy works best and is most successful when there is a willingness to risk being vulnerable with a safe other. If you are someone who is motivated to learn more about themselves and take active steps to change this might be the right fit for you. I offer deeper internal work through both IFS and Brainspotting. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health which gives me a unique lens to offer support if you are pregnant or in the postpartum period. The client who will benefit best from the way I do therapy are those who are naturally self-reflective and those who find value in metaphor and symbolic language. If you are an individual that feels stuck based on past experiences, want to learn more about yourself, or are grappling with anxiety I can help you with practical skills and a framework to help you introspectively explore your feelings. If you are someone who wants to try therapy for the first time I can offer a compassionate space to explore your needs. If you are someone struggling with transitioning into parenthood or have experienced perinatal loss I can offer you a safe space to hold all the complex emotions and think through practical skills that can help you move through the world.
