We often forget, or are unable to provide ourselves ample space to take a moment and reflect on what we are experiencing throughout our development. We live disconnected from the messages our bodies communicate: through the tightness in our chest; the manner in which we respond to our partner; the late nights spent tossing and turning in bed. Allowing oneself the space to confront those messages enables one to confidently navigating your day to day experiences. As a social worker, I view each client through a holistic lens. When working with you, I will ensure that we explore your story through the micro, mezzo, and macro levels of your environment. Together we will work to enable you to understand the messages your body is trying to share, allowing you to transition, grow, and heal. Whatever your intentions might be, I am here to support you through a challenging but worthwhile journey that you are not only capable of, but deserving of.
