I am a psychotherapist in Lakeville, CT. Everyone experiences difficulty at different periods in their life which can result in a wide range of emotional responses. It can be profoundly beneficial to find a place to explore those feelings and experiences. My overall goal is to collaborate with you to improve your quality of life. I am trained in multiple modalities and can pull from my wide range of training and experience to provide the best fit for each individual in order to meet my clients where they are. I also have extensive experience in grief, loss, end of life, and caregiving. We will use our sessions to explore and collaborate on solutions. I am licensed in New York and Connecticut and offer in-person as well as telehealth appointments.
