I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups. I am classically trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and am also an experienced provider of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Using a variety of techniques and approaches, including mindfulness training, insight-oriented and behavioral change strategies, I adapt my style to suit the needs and personality of each client. My particular areas of interest include healing relationship conflicts, overcoming trauma, realizing personal potential and increasing workplace effectiveness. I work with people struggling to bridge inter-racial, inter-cultural or inter-faith issues in their personal and/or professional lives. I also welcome opportunities to serve military personnel and their families. I believe in the essential dignity of the human spirit, in resilience in the face of adversity, in the power to change & grow, no matter what the circumstances. I believe therapists & clients are equal partners in the healing journey; I have years of experience & training to offer, but you're the expert on your life.
