Therapists » Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Asking for help is hard and can be very scary, the fear of judgement, the fear of weakness, the fear of "going crazy". Yet I believe reaching out for help is one of the bravest things anyone can do. I have a passion for working with individuals with trauma. I also have a passion for working with children. It is never too late to start feeling better about being yourself, whether the work starts in childhood or later in life. I want to help people find peace in themselves whether through change or through acceptance. My Master in Clinical Psychology came with a program highly focused on being culturally sensitive domestically and internationally and looking at how to treat trauma of all kinds. I want to help people overcome trauma, change their thoughts, and change behaviors to get back to being THEMSELVES. I, and my colleagues, believe in helping people in an authentic way. We want to help you find the best fit for therapist and treatment. A trusting relationship with your therapist is the biggest factor for positive change. I am in sessions quite a bit, my contact goes to my front desk. They are eager to help you get the next available appointment.
