Some issues that I specialize in are PTSD, Anxiety, perfectionism, relationship stress, and family stress. I have been trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CPT, among other modalities. I come from a trauma-informed, gender and LGBTQ+ affirming, intersectional, neuroscience-based approach to therapy with my goal to make all feel welcome in this space with me. I want therapy to be a place where we can safely explore the parts of ourselves that seem too painful or too shameful in order to get to a place of healing.
