About

When people first see me they are full of stress, anxiety, and fear. They make decisions to please others and avoid tension. They can't seem to find order in the chaos of their lives. Their fear of what others think and lack of confidence keep them feeling stuck under a crushing weight of expectation from others and themselves. Before coming to see me, their brains felt more like an enemy than a vital organ. Their ability to trust themselves and others had collapsed. Like my clients, you deserve to understand your brain so that you can be in the driver's seat of your life.

I have extensive training in ADHD treatment, am trained in EMDR and have extensive trauma training. I work with individuals who have personal histories with emotional abuse, authoritarian groups and controlling relationships. I also treat a wide variety of anxiety and depression diagnoses.

Starting the process of therapy can sometimes be nerve wracking - I've been there! Please reach out to me with any questions you have about the counseling process and I'll do my best to put your mind at ease. Or feel free to explore my website for further information and reach out to me when you do feel ready - I'll be here when you are.
