At Wild Fig & Co. Counseling I stand for all things beautiful and complicated about being human. With my first career in healthcare, the decision to become a therapist was an easy one. I have a tremendous amount of life experience which lends itself to providing compassionate care. I work with all types of issues a client comes in with, a few focus areas of mine include financial therapy, folks new to therapy who are hesitant to start, and stressors unique to women. I work with women ages 18 and up and have many areas of interest. Whatever path we choose as women; parenting, life transitions, self-esteem, finances, or reproductive care may be part of the story. Making decisions about these life events can be stressful or even feel like a dark comedy; I'm here to navigate the choices with you and laugh alongside. The slogan for Wild Fig & Co. Counseling is "Expertly Crafted Therapy". This comes from the idea that I enjoy using different therapy styles in a single session. In collaboration with you, the sessions may be more traditional talk-therapy style, involve whiteboards, or props. Personalized, because after all it is crafted for you.
