About

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families in transitional seasons of life involving anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges, perinatal mental health, and trauma. At the root of humanity is the need for connection. My goal is for you to feel empowered, supported, and heard in the safety of the therapeutic space. I look forward to supporting you in discovering your strengths, processing stressors, grieving losses, learning coping skills, and growing personally. You are in control of your healing journey, I am simply holding space to facilitate it.

My areas of focus include: anxiety, depression, motherhood, peripartum mental health, PPD, PPA, interpersonal relationships, marriage and family relations. As each individual and their story is unique, I am sure to tailor treatment to meet their individualized needs, adapting the treatment plan as progress is made and growth occurs.

I combine person-centered therapy with solution-focused interventions, utilizing psychoeducational resources when appropriate. If you are ready to feel empowered, heard, and truly seen, please reach out to schedule an initial consultation.
