I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing online individual psychotherapy for adults and older adolescents. I work with clients to address a broad range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship and identity issues, life transitions, anger, pandemic-related stress, and trauma. Psychotherapy facilitates growth and change: emotional wounds heal, a stronger sense of self emerges, and possibilities for the future expand. In the context of an empathic and collaborative relationship, I flexibly integrate psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and relational approaches to help clients feel better and achieve their goals. In addition to facilitating insight, I help to access strengths and build skills for regulating emotions and coping with challenges. My education includes a PhD and MEd in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia, and I completed my internship and postdoctoral training at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. My undergraduate degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences is from Dartmouth College. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Vermont.
