The kindest thing we can do for ourselves is to face life's challenges with honesty and bravery. But doing so can be painful, and often requires support from others. Therapy offers a unique opportunity to help differentiate what we can and cannot change, and to guide us toward self-affirming, healthy choices without judgment or pressure. You don't deserve to suffer, or to navigate life alone. When we confront what gets in our own way, integrate the different parts of ourselves, and discover what motivates us the most, we can better manage the stressors in our lives. I currently offer virtual appointments to individuals (adults and teens in MT and SD) with a focus on treating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, and women's issues including challenges associated with pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.
