I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool to build upon or develop skills to manage life's many twists and trials. Therapeutic work can also be extremely effective in improving and changing our relationships. I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and respected. I love the work that I do and I believe it is really important to maintain a level of hope that positive change can occur in your life. This hope is especially important for those who've been impacted by trauma and abuse and for new parents struggling to find their way, both populations I have a passion to serve. View 6 Photos I work to support children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression and anxiety, trauma, relational challenges, and behavioral and educational concerns. I utilize a strengths-based, collaborative approach that focuses on improving relationships and developing skills to increase regulation and competence in school, work, and social interactions. I utilize play, art, movement, and mindfulness in my work with kids, teens, and adults. I believe that individuals express themselves in a variety of ways and I attempt to find the method of communication that best suits the individual and their family. I also offer consultation and education to parents striving to support their children as best they can.
