Using research-based techniques and practical problem solving skills I work alongside clients to develop goals and restore balance. I have experience in the treatment of eating disorders, substance use disorders and general mental health issues. I am passionate about helping people gain insight and develop a sense of empowerment as they navigate life’s challenges. I have a background in working with clients and families.
