About

I am a clinical psychologist with extensive experience treating adults experiencing trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders, as well as individuals going through major life transitions. My approach to therapy integrates traditional cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance-based and mindfulness approaches. I aim to bring warmth, genuineness, and non-judgment to the therapy process, and maintain a strong commitment to evidence-based practice. My goal is to not only to help you experience fewer and less intense symptoms, but also to feel more connected to your values, purpose, and what matters most in your life once again.

I completed my PhD at University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Center for PTSD at VA Boston Healthcare System. I am a staff psychologist at VA Boston Healthcare System, and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine.
